Blood Orange

Bourbon Sour

.5 oz Blood Orange Syrup (if you prefer a sweeter taste, add .75 oz)

.75 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Bourbon

Egg White ( Optional )

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients into your shaker and dry shake ( shake without ice ) if using egg whites.

  • Add ice to your shaker and hard shake for 15 seconds.

  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with dehydrated citrus .

FOR A MOCKTAIL: Use the same recipe, however, substitute the alcohol with 2oz of water.
