.75 oz Hibiscus Syrup

.75 oz Lime juice

1.75 oz Tequila

.5 oz Triple Sec

Splash of Egg White

Instructions:

  • Add everything into your shaker and dry shake ( shake without ice to make the egg white frothy )

  • Fill the shaker with ice and hard shake for 15 seconds.

  • Strain into your glass over fresh ice or strain into a coupe without ice.

  • Garnish with a dehydrated rose.

Pro Tip: Always shake with LOTS of ice!

FOR A MOCKTAIL: Use the same recipe, however, substitute the alcohol with 2oz of water.
