.75 oz Passion Fruit Syrup

.75 oz Lime juice

1.5 oz Vodka

Prosecco ( served on the side )

Egg Whites

Instructions:

• Add all of the ingredients into your shaker.

• Fill the shaker with ice and hard shake for 15 seconds.

• Strain into your glass without ice.

• Garnish with dehyrdrated citrus .

FOR A MOCKTAIL: Use the same recipe, however, substitute the alcohol with 2oz of water.
