Sea Buckthorn Cocktail

.75 oz Sea Buckthorn Syrup

.75 oz Lemon Juice

1.5 oz Gin

.5 oz Egg White

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients into your shaker.

  • Fill the shaker with ice and hard shake for 15 seconds.

  • Strain into your glass over fresh ice or open pour with the ice into your glass.

  • Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Pro Tip: Always shake with LOTS of ice!

FOR A MOCKTAIL: Use the same recipe, however, substitute the alcohol with 2oz of water.
