THE BUTTERFLY

.75 oz Butterfly Pea Syrup

.75 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Gin

Egg White ( Optional )

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients into your shaker and dry shake ( shake without ice ) if using egg whites.

  • Add ice to your shaker and hard shake for 15 seconds.

  • Strain into a coup glass (without ice) and garnish with butterfly pea flowers.

FOR A MOCKTAIL: 1 oz syrup, .5 oz lemon, 2 oz water. Shake with ice and pour into a glass!
