The butterfly cocktail in a coupe.

Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 0.75 oz Butterfly Pea Syrup

  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

  • 2 oz Gin

  • Egg White (Optional)

Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients into your shaker and dry shake (shake without ice) if using egg whites.

  2. Add ice to your shaker and hard shake for 15 seconds.

  3. Strain into a coup glass (without ice) and garnish with butterfly pea flowers.
