1 oz Spiced Pear Syrup

.75 oz Lime Juice

2 oz Tequila

Egg White ( Optional but highly recommended )

Dash of bitters

Soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients into your shaker and dry shake ( shake without ice ) if using egg whites.

• Add ice to your shaker and hard shake for 15 seconds.

• Strain into a Collins glass onto fresh ice and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.

FOR A MOCKTAIL: Use the same recipe, however, substitute the alcohol with 2oz of water.
