whiSkey sour

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Whiskey

Egg White (optional, but highly recommended)

Bitters (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients into your shaker and dry shake ( shake without ice ) if using egg whites.

  • Add ice to your shaker and hard shake for 15 seconds.

  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or into a coup glass.

  • Garnish with bitters and dehydrated citrus.

FOR A MOCKTAIL: Use the same recipe, however, substitute the alcohol with 2oz of water.
